Why do males constantly dream of that six pack abs? These are some of the thousands questions that instantly move into our minds as we talk about health enhancements. Come on, in these days of innovative technology, who doesn’t want a nice body? Feeling good is also looking good, right?
Sometimes, you tend to ask yourself if why the heck you don’t feel good in your own shoes when in fact you rose as the editor-in-chief in . Being healthy is not about intelligence. You can be academically intelligent but you’re not that smart when it comes to your health. In cases like this, you need to balance things. Don’t only think of how you can please your bosses at work but also give time to reflect what you truly deserves.
I don’t feel good about myself, to be honest. I’m like a skinny kid in town who is like struggling to inhale a fresh load of air. Many people like my personality but what they don’t know is I feel bad deep inside. You see, I’ve got my diploma in psychology and I formulated some tricks to look hot while facing the mirror. Crazy, huh? Sad truth is, I envy boys of my age who can have an instant nice abs whenever they want to.
That’s also my dream but as I see it, that’s miles away from my niche. Good Lord, why you didn’t give me such glory when I remain to be a good Christian? Reality is, having a good physique is always a big asset in man’s existence. Being skinny sucks and that’s who I am.
As they say, health is wealth. This is true, indeed. Studies reveal that having a well-built sexy body can elevate your self-esteem. Screw those people who says that our body is not our greatest possession. Think about this. When you look good, you feel good inside and out. When you look good, many people wants to make friends with you. I’m not trying to be shallow here. I know that beauty is still in the eye of the beholder and all of us dream of a nicer version of us, right? I don’t necessarily believe that being beautiful is all in the mind. With the state-of-the-art gym equipment everywhere, it is nearly possible to be the next Usher Raymond or Naomi Campbell in town, right?
The big question is, How to get fit? I don’t really know. I’m one of those lazy idiots out there who constantly reads advices from the health experts but not doing it regularly. Oh God, why I am born like this? It’s very silly on my part to think that one day, I will own a body like those lifeguards in the hit-TV series “Baywatch.†To me, this is nearly an Oscar’s dream I can’t never win. You may agree or disagree with me, I just only laugh at you.
